Beyond the DJ booth, he started in his 20’s recording live bands and running sound for performances, giving Ryan a strong technical foundation and an ear for precision.

With years of experience in bartending and organizing church events, and coaching MC Randy brings a unique blend of professionalism, energy, and people-first service to every event. Skilled at reading the room and connecting with guests, He ensures everything runs smoothly-from introductions and announcements to keeping the timeline on track.
Known for a calm, confident presence and a client-focused approach, He works closely with every couple to create a seamless, stress-free experience while keeping the atmosphere engaging and fun.

Office Admin & Day of Assistant
Rachael plays a key role in keeping everything at R&R DJ Services running smoothly behind the scenes and on event days. On event days, Rachael steps into the role of day-of coordinator, refining details, setup/tear down and on-site logistics so clients can relax and enjoy their celebration.
Known for a calm, organized, and client-focused approach, Rachael helps ensure every event runs seamlessly from beginning to end.
